Thanks to our vendors for providing shopping, food, demonstrations and fun! Our vendors’ merchandise includes a wide variety of Celtic-inspired products. Food ranges from Scottish & British inspired foods to American-style.  Live demonstrations include Highland Cattle, Metal Forging, Woodworking and so much more.

Foods offered, products being sold, booth decorations, and signs must conform to our Scottish theme and must be approved by either the Artisan Vendor/Demo Chair, or the Food Vendor Chair prior to the Festival.

Photos of your products, booth presentation, and signs must be submitted along with your application.

 

Artisan and Vendor spaces include upgraded amenities for 2025!

  • 15’x9′ (and larger) three sided, roofed booth with power, lights, roll-down canvas front.
  • Stay dry and cool with protection from rain, sun and heat.
  • Enjoy the convenience of included electricity for your displays (think large screen TV, sound!), technology or fans.
  • Wood walls may be used to hang displays and wall hangings, you may customize to your liking!
  • Permanent restrooms, paved paths directly to your booth.

Note that booths may not be appropriate spaces for all demonstrators or re-enactors. The Artisans chair will work with applicants to place them as appropriate for their activities.

Below are some pic’s of what typical booths looks like.  All have power, lights, concrete floor. Some are raw stud walls, some have particle board or peg board walls.  Note the heavy roll-down canvas front.

Please Note:

  • NEW for 2025, artisans will not put up tents.  You will occupy a hard booth in the GA Mountain Fairgrounds.
  • Pets are not allowed in Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds.
  • No campers, RVs, or the like are allowed in the Vendor Area.
  • Vendors/Exhibitors must attend the Festival in its entirety. This means from 9 am – 5 pm on Saturday AND Sunday. Booths may not open late or close early at any time.
  • All displays MUST be designed, constructed, and operated in good taste. This is a family friendly festival. No obscene items will be allowed.
  • Vendor check-in is Friday, June 6, 2025 from 9 AM – 5 PM, Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, Hiawassee, GA.
  • Vendor pack up time is Sunday, June 10, 2024 at 5 PM. Vendor Chairman will advise you directly if early pack up is necessary due to inclement weather.
  • Vendors MUST check out with the Artisan Vendor/Demo Chair.
  • Vendors/Exhibitors may only show and sell work from the categories in which you were accepted.
  • All Exhibitors must be in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the United States and the State of Georgia.
  • Cancellation Policy: Booth fees are non-refundable.
  • If your application is accepted, your application implies your consent to all rules of the Blairsville Scottish Festival & Highland Games.
