Thank You Artisan Vendors for providing shopping fun for our festival!

Products being sold, booth decorations, and signs must conform to our Scottish theme and must be approved by the Artisan Vendor/Demo Chair PRIOR to the Festival.
New for 2026: 80% of your items must be Scottish/Celtic type merchandise.
Photos of your products, booth presentation, and signs must be submitted along with your application (unless you are a returning artisan vendor OR have new items to sell).

Artisan/Vendor Space Amenities

  • 15’ x 9′ three-sided booth with wood walls, power, lights, and a roll-down canvas front.
  • Stay dry and cool with protection from rain, sun and heat.
  • Enjoy the convenience of included electricity for your displays (think large screen TV, sound), technology or fans.
  • Wood walls may be used to attach displays and wall hangings. You may customize the booth to your liking!
  • Permanent restrooms
  • Paved paths directly to your booth.

Below are some pics of what typical booths looks like.  All have power, lights, and a concrete floor. Some have raw stud walls, some have painted walls, some have particle board or peg board walls.  Notice the heavy roll-down canvas front!!

Please Also Note:
New for 2026 Artisans may choose a tent site as shown on the application.
• Pets are NOT allowed in Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds.
• No campers, RVs, or the like are allowed in the Artisan Booth Area.
• Artisan Vendors must attend the festival in its entirety. This means from 9 am – 5 pm on Saturday AND Sunday. Booths may not open late or close early.
• All displays MUST be designed, constructed, and operated in good taste. This is a family friendly festival. No obscene items will be allowed.
• Vendor check-in is Friday, June 5, 2026 from 9 AM – 5 PM at the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, Hiawassee, GA.
• Vendor pack up time is Sunday, June 7, 2026 at 5 PM. The Artisan Vendor/Demo Chair or other official GMSF board member will advise you directly if early pack up is necessary due to inclement weather.
• Artisan Vendors MUST check out with the Artisan Vendor Chair on Sunday.
• Vendors/Exhibitors may only show and sell work from the categories in which you were accepted.
• All Exhibitors must be in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations of the United States and the State of Georgia.
• Cancellation Policy: Booth/Site fees are non-refundable.
• If your application is accepted, your application implies your consent to all rules of the Georgia Mountain Scottish Festival & Highland Games.
