Clan or Society Booth Amenities for 2026

  • 2 admission passes
  • 2 hospitality passes
  • 1 booth per clan.  Double-size booths will not be available.
  • New for 2026: If your clan requires a larger space, clans may bring their own tents and request space for them in either 10’x’20’, 10’x30′ size.
  • New for 2026: No table or chairs will be available for rental.  You must bring your own table(s) and chair(s).
  • Stay dry and cool with protection from rain, sun and heat.
  • Enjoy the convenience of included electricity for your displays (think large screen TV, sound!), technology or fans.  (Power still available for tent sites, bring your own outdoor rated extension cord)
  • Permanent restrooms, paved paths directly to your booth.
  • 15’x9′ three sided, roofed booth with power, lights, roll-down canvas front.
  • Wood walls may be used to hang displays and wall hangings, you may customize to your liking!
